think about it like this
krogan accomplishments
- turning their homeworld into a barren nuclear wasteland that can barely support life
- throwing the galaxy back into a vicious war
and maybe if they stopped KILLING EACH OTHER long enough to ESTABLISH A GOVERNMENT OF ANY KIND they could work to a peaceful solition
